I'm a teacher, so availability during the school year is somewhat limited--and often reserved for long-time clients; however, I have ample availability during spring, summer and winter breaks.  During these times, shoots are available seven days a week, 8am-5pm with the exception of twilight shoots which are scheduled around sunset.             

It can't hurt to shoot me an e-mail.  If I can't help you, I can definitely refer you to a highly-qualified photographer in my network.           

In most cases, photos will be delivered within 24-72 hours of your photo shoot. I'll be sure to let you know if I'll need more time to edit.    

Please use this handy Prep Guide to help prepare for the best photos possible. If something looks out of place, I'll  happily suggest moving it; however ultimately, the home should be ready by the time your shoot is scheduled to begin.   This is so I can best serve you and others in an efficient manner!  If you would like to work together on staging or more detailed shots, consider opting to purchase a Vacation Rental Package so I can help provide suggestions and assistance concerning home staging.

A typical Real Estate photo shoot lasts 1.5 hours, but more detailed properties can take approximately 3-4+ hours.   

If it is simple enough, yes!  I can make one for your real estate brand or listings starting at $2200.  

I made and maintain this website.  GoDaddy is my go-to platform, but I have experience with Wordpress and SquareSpace.   

Don't worry if the sun isn't out. Overcast days are great for shooting interiors and I will Photoshop Sunny Day blue sky onto the exterior photos. I may recommend rescheduling due to heavy rain if it will effect the quality of our photos. See below for an example of how I can brighten up your day.
