Sunny Day Real Estate Photography was founded in 2018 and shaped by Florida’s light—the kind that fills rooms, reflects off the water, and filters softly through palm fronds. On the Space Coast, light isn’t just beautiful; it defines how a home feels. My goal is to capture that feeling in every shoot.
I’ve been behind a camera since the '90s, when my family moved to Satellite Beach and I first picked up my mom’s 35mm. Over the years, I’ve photographed everything from portraits and weddings to landscapes, and now the beautiful homes and vacation properties that make the Space Coast so special. I bring that experience and a deep appreciation for natural light and coastal detail into every real estate session.
I’m also a full-time teacher, and I bring that same patience, clarity, and reliability to my photography clients. When I’m not working, I’m usually outside with my family, exploring the Space Coast we call home.

Because I’m a full-time teacher, availability during the school year is somewhat limited and often reserved for long-time clients. That said, I have ample availability during spring, summer, and winter breaks, with sessions offered seven days a week from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Twilight shoots are scheduled around sunset.
It never hurts to reach out—if I’m unable to accommodate your request, I’m happy to refer you to a highly qualified photographer within my professional network.
In most cases, photos will be delivered within 24-72 hours of your photo shoot. I'll be sure to let you know if I'll need more time to edit.
Please use this Prep Guide to help prepare your listing for the best possible results. While I’m happy to suggest small adjustments during the shoot, the property should be photo-ready when the session begins so I can work efficiently and stay on schedule.
If you’d like more hands-on guidance with staging or detailed shots, consider booking a Vacation Rental Package, which allows additional time for styling suggestions and setup.
A typical real estate photo shoot lasts about 1.5 hours, while larger or more detailed properties may require 3–4+ hours.
I’ll arrive on time and ready to work, with a clear plan for photographing your property efficiently and thoughtfully. We’ll begin with a quick walkthrough so I can assess light, layout, and any priority areas you’d like highlighted.
During the shoot, I may make small suggestions—such as adjusting furniture, opening or closing doors, or refining angles—to ensure each space is photographed at its best. Once the session begins, I typically work independently to minimize disruption and keep things moving smoothly.
My goal is to create a relaxed, professional experience while capturing clean, inviting images that help your property stand out.
No worries—overcast days are often ideal for interior photography. Exterior photos are enhanced with professionally edited blue skies when appropriate. In cases of heavy rain that may impact image quality, I may recommend rescheduling.
Below is an example of how I can brighten up even the cloudiest day.
